to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements and performance reports for private equity funds, adhering to US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Analyze and validate investment valuations and ensure accurate and timely reporting to investors and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with fund administrators to manage capital calls, distributions, and investor inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with fund-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the analysis of complex accounting issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review public reporting templates, including key performance metrics and financial data.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit standards and procedures.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Baachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the private equity or investment management industry.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, investor relations, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
