We are seeking a driven and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategy. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure seamless communication between the company and the investment community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's investor relations strategy in collaboration with the Director of Investor Relations and senior leadership.
- Manage and oversee the Investor Relations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key analysts, investors, and financial media representatives.
- Lead the preparation and execution of investor presentations, roadshows, and other investor communication initiatives.
- Oversee the development and distribution of investor materials, including press releases, annual reports, and quarterly earnings presentations.
- Manage the investor relations budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and interpret analyst reports and market trends, providing insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor database for the Investor Relations, Treasury, and ESG Teams.
- Coordinate participation in industry conferences, marketing events, and proxy calls.
- Oversee the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Manage the corporate website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for investors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations or a related financial services role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing investor relations strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, capital allocation, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
