Our client in the construction sector is looking for a Controller to join their growing team in Kitchener.

The role:

• Own the full finance function and establish processes, systems, and controls
• Lead financial reporting for the organization
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Partner with leadership to support growth and operational decision-making
• Base salary: $125K + bonus + benefits
