Finance Manager, Portfolio

Our client in the real estate investment sector is looking for a Finance Manager, Portfolio to join their team in Toronto.

The role:

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and valuation activities across the business
• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights to senior leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and strategic decision-making
• Base salary: $120K-$130K
• In-office

• Hold a CPA designation
• Have progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Are confident in presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Have strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills
