We are looking for a director of M&A to join our client, a leader in the vertical software market, in Toronto.

The role:

- You'll be the center of deal execution, valuation, and deal origination

- Collaborate with senior leaders in a high-performance investment environment
- Hybrid
- Salary: $250K OTE

Who they’re looking for:
- Someone who comes from a buy side firm having invested or allocated capital into software companies

- Or someone who comes from a software company or corporate dev role with a focus on  fostering relationships with founders
